ICETEX Scholarships from the Government of Colombia for Foreigners 【2024】
The ICETEX Scholarships from the Government of Colombia 2024 arrive. Registration is open to apply for the fully funded Government of Colombia 2024 Scholarship for the 2024 academic year. Colombian nationals are not eligible for this program. Applicants of all other nationalities are eligible. The Government of Colombia Scholarship is available to pursue Master’s, Specialization or Doctorate studies in Colombian universities. The scholarship is administered and financed by ICETEX-a Colombian State entity that promotes Higher Education.
Students who are worried about expenses, don’t worry about it. The ICETEX Colombia Scholarships will cover Health Insurance, Medical Expenses, Tuition, Visa, Living Expenses, Monthly Support, Installation Expenses and Books for all selected applicants. IELTS is not required for this scholarship program. More details on the eligibility criteria and application process are given below.

Criteria to be admitted
- Foreign citizens of any nationality can apply for the scholarship. The Scholarship is open to all students who are from outside Colombia.
- Not for Colombian citizens and nationals.
- Not have any marital or de facto relationship in Colombia.
- Not be over 50 years old
- Have a professional, undergraduate or graduate degree in any area of knowledge.
- Applicants can apply for up to three degree programs.
- IELTS is not required.
